Inside Sales Associate

Inside Sales Associates are motivated individuals who are energetic and interactive. They possess excellent phone skills they use to prospect leads, nurture leads, past and present clients. They use our Client Relationship Management system to track, make notes and create customized follow up plans for each client/lead. Inside Sales Associates provide 5 Star Customer/Client Service!

Operations Department

There are a lot of different roles in the Operations Department. They include runners, marketing, client care, listing coordination and transaction coordination.  Having a real estate license is a huge plus for listing and transaction coordination since you work very closely with the agents and their clients.

What to Expect When You Apply

Step 1

Application

Candidates submit their application and take the DISC Assessment through WizeHire. Application will be reviewed.

Step 2

Invitation to Complete Phone Interview

Candidate will be invited to a phone call where the resume is reviewed and motivations are uncovered.

Step 3

Invitations to Complete KPA Assessment

Candidates will be invited to take a Keller Personality Assessment used to understand behavioral strengths in relation to the position applied for.

Step 4

Job Fit and Thought Process Interview

Invitation for the first interview to review candidate’s job fit and thought process.

Step 5

Life Story & Motivation Interview

Candidate 2nd interview will discuss major life events and major motivators.

Step 6

Group Interview

Candidate meets with other members of the team in a casual setting to feel out a cultural fit.

Step 7

References

Candidate’s references are called and reviewed.

Step 8

Decision

Candidate is called in to review final hiring decision.
