What to Expect When You Apply

Step 1

Application

Candidates submit their resume and take the DISC Assessment.

These will be reviewed.

Step 2

Invitation to Complete Phone Interview

If the candidate is a good fit for the team, they will be invited to a phone call where the resume is reviewed and motivations are uncovered.

Step 3

Invitations to Complete KPA Assessment

Candidates may be invited to take a Keller Personality Assessment used to understand behavioral strengths in relation to the position applied for.

This is may or may not happen with all candidates. 

Step 4

Invitation to Shadow

Candidate receives an invitation to shadow the team during a morning of Lead Generation activity. 

Step 5

In Person Interview

Typically, after shadowing the team, the candidate will sit down for an in person interview with the Lead Agent and Director of Operations. 

Step 6

Owner Interview

Candidate meets with the team owner for an interview.

Step 7

References

Candidate’s references are called and reviewed.

Step 8

Decision

Final hiring decision is shared with candidate.
