They are committed to research and knowing the local market trends in order to serve their clients best. Listing Specialists hold consultations with clients presenting the local market research, pricing and marketing strategies we use to get their home SOLD! They advocate for their clients and strive for Win-Win scenarios for all parties of the transaction.

A listing Specialist will reach out to FSBOs & Expireds on a regular basis, coming from contribution. They are the professionals of the listing process and transaction for their clients. Communication is key, needed and expected with the client as well as support team members.

Listing Specialists work closely with the Client Care Coordinator from pre-listing to pended and then, with the Transaction Coordinator through closing. They continue to reach out to past clients and add value to their relationship.
